Robert Hall, CFA

Robert is founder and Managing Partner of Wrightwood Real Estate Investors. As Managing Partner, he oversees acquisitions, investor relations, asset management and capital sourcing. Robert has over 25 years of diverse commercial real estate experience. He began his professional career as an asset manager for U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development in New York where he was responsible for overseeing a portfolio of approximately 3,000 HUD assisted units. Robert continued his real estate career underwriting commercial real estate loans for various investment banks where he was involved in approximately $2.5 billion in commercial real estate loans secured by multifamily, hotel, industrial, office, retail and self-storage properties. Robert would go on to become co-founder and CFO of a consulting business that was bootstrapped and grew to approximately $10 million in revenue. The business was successfully primed for third party acquisition and sold in 2023. Robert has also invested as a limited partner in multifamily, office, industrial and mobile home park properties. Robert is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Eric Upchurch

Eric is an Army Special Operations veteran who grew up in Central Iowa before attending college in California. While serving, Eric deployed to combat five times and completed a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Science. He has a passion for educating the military community on how to create long term wealth through real estate investing, while personally investing across the country for the last seventeen years. Eric serves as Co-Founder of Active Duty Passive Income (ADPI) and the Chair of National Fundraising for non-profit, Veterans Community Project.

Rod Khleif

Rod  brings 42 years of real estate ownership and management experience to the team. He has owned over 2000 single-family homes which were rented long-term, as well as thousands of multifamily apartment units. Rod hosts the largest commercial real estate podcast in existence titled: Lifetime Cash Flow Through Real Estate Investing, which has been downloaded over 17 million times.

Rod also hosts the largest multifamily education and networking group on Facebook with over 48,000 members. As an educator, Rod has hosted sold out multifamily training boot camps across the country and virtually online with thousands of past participants.

He also has hundreds of mentorship coaching students across the US and abroad. Rod is most proud of the 501(c)3 nonprofit foundation he founded and runs called The Tiny Hands Foundation which has benefited over 130,000 at risk children in Florida with holiday meals and backpacks filled with school supplies.
